i was almost tempted to give a good review until the shower fluctuated between scalding hot and freezing cold. how is that acceptable? additionally, the resident towel hogs ruined the pool experience. would it be possible to ask for an upgrade instead of being treated like everyone else? if i wanted that, i’d stay at home.

perfect base for exploring corralejo's parks and beaches

my stay at this place was enjoyable thanks to its proximity to shops, restaurants, and the beautiful flag beach just a 10-minute stroll away, making it easy to unwind after a day of sightseeing in town.

The staff are always very friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately, our apartment had multiple maintenance issues that made our stay quite uncomfortable. The leaking wardrobe created an unpleasant experience, as I had to deal with drops throughout the night. I also noticed a decline in cleaning services compared to previous stays, and the garden areas were noticeably neglected.

Family-friendly retreat

The staff were amazing, especially at reception, always helpful and polite, making us feel right at home. Plus, the pool was well-kept, not crowded at all, so the kids could just splash around and have fun.

It costs quite a bit, but still, not too bad, all things considered.

Didn't like anything, except location.

The location of Fuentepark impressed me right away. just a short stroll from the heart of Corralejo, making access to shops and beaches easy. The spaciousness of the One-Bedroom Apartment impressed me along with its separate bedroom, perfect for privacy. A well-equipped kitchen provided everything I needed for meals, adding to my enjoyment. the mattresses were quite firm. a few extra pillows from reception helped but still could use improvement. I had hoped for a room with some sunshine, but mine lacked natural light, making it feel a bit dreary. Cleanliness was adequate, but I encountered a maintenance issue with a leaking kitchen tap that disrupted my stay. The pool area was inviting, although the cold water was a bit bracing. I wish there were more sunbeds available and that the umbrellas were easier to find. The staff were accommodating when I raised issues, showing a commitment to guest satisfaction. while I found some aspects lacking, the potential is there for an enjoyable stay, particularly for those who prioritize location and space.

The staff were super friendly always making sure we had what we needed even helped us book activities. Pool bar food was really tasty and close to everything we'd want to visit 🏖️. Clean and welcoming vibe.
